How to store rice properly to preserve freshness?
We store the rice under 21 degrees Celsius to preserve the freshness and the hygiene with our independent air-conditioned warehouse. The premium quality can be maintained for years.

Delivery areas include?
We have well logistic arrangement to deliver to all kinds of restaurants, hotels, canteens, fast food stores, marine food service, charity organizations and residential, anywhere in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, including the islands without delay. Our deliverymen have good attitude as well.

For residential, we accept cash on delivery only.

How to purchase and use cash gift certificate(s)?
You can purchase cash gift certificate(s) online, or call our customer service for other options. We can mail the gift certificates to any Hong Kong residential or commercial address you like. Postage is free of charge, except for registered mail.
A specific code will be printed on each cash gift certificate. The deliverymen will collect it when the gift certificate holder place an order and pay cash on delivery.
